Pinnacle Super Sponge – Green Label is premium grade cake gel for the production of high quality cakes and sponges with increased volume and finer crumb structure. It is made from a blend of vegetable based emulsifiers and humectants with exceptional aerating power. It has higher percentage of active ingredients such as emulsifiers and humectants and lower moisture content making it stronger and better in terms of its eating and keeping qualities

Usage

Shelf Life / Recommended Storage

12 months, when stored in its original unopened packaging
Store in clean dry conditions at less than 25°C, away from direct sunlight and always reseal after use
