Focaccia is a flat bread brushed or drizzled with olive oil topped with herbs. Focaccia is usually used as a sandwich bread and it can be eaten as a snack or served with soups or salads. Pinnacle Focaccia Mix is formulated as a high quality and convenient mix for making Focaccia.

  •  30 % Pinnacle Focaccia Mix + 70% Bakers Flour.

  • 2 x 5kg vacuumed aluminum foil per carton.
Shelf Life / Recommended Storage
 
  • 12 months, when stored in its original unopened packaging
  • Store in clean dry conditions at less than 25°C, away from direct sunlight. Packet shall be closed if not completely used after opening

Process
  1. Mix all ingredients till fully developed.
  2. Floor time : 10 min
  3. Scale to desired weight.
  4. Intermediate Proof : 5 to 10 min
  5. Mould and place in pans or trays.
  6. Proof at 38 deg C, 80% RH.
  7. Bake at 210 deg C for 20 - 25 min.
