Pinnacle Rye Bread Mix
Rye bread is higher in fiber than common types of bread and denser than bread made from wheat flour. Pinnacle Rye Bread Mix has been formulated especially for use in premium quality breads, by mixing flour from rye grain. This product offers a unique flavour, aroma and darker in colour.

Usage
  • 30 % Pinnacle Rye Bread Mix + 70% Bakers Flour.
 
Packaging
  •  2 x 5kg vacuumed aluminum foil per carton.
 
Shelf Life / Recommended Storage
  • 12 months, when stored in its original unopened packaging
  • Store in clean dry conditions at less than 25°C, away from direct sunlight. Packet shall be closed if not completely used after opening

Recipe

Process
  1. Mix all ingredients till fully developed.
  2. Floor time : 10 min
  3. Scale to desired weight.
  4. Intermediate Proof : 5 to 10 min
  5. Mould and place in pans or trays.
  6. Proof at 38 deg C, 80% RH.
  7. Bake at 210 deg C for 20 - 25 min.
