Pinnacle Brown Bread Mix has been formulated especially using a mixture of flours to generate a brown colour for use in breads and rolls.

  • 30 % Pinnacle Brown Bread Mix + 70% Bakers Flour.
 
Packaging
  • 2 x 5kg vacuumed aluminum foil per carton.
 
Shelf Life / Recommended Storage
 
  • 12 months, when stored in its original unopened packaging
  • Store in clean dry conditions at less than 25°C, away from direct sunlight. Packet shall be closed if not completely used after opening

Recipe
Pinnacle Brown Bread Mix :
Flour :
Oil or Fat :
Compressed Yeast :
Water (variable) :
Sugar  (optional)

20 - 30g
30g or (Dry yeast : 12g)

Process
  • Mix all ingredients till fully developed.
  • Floor time : 10 min
  • Scale to desired weight.
  • Intermediate Proof : 5 to 10 min
  • Mould and place in pans or trays.
  • Proof at 38 deg C, 80% RH.
  • Bake at 210 deg C for 20 - 25 min.
