Pinnacle Mirasoft
Pinnacle Mirasoft is a premium bread fat formulated using emulsifiers, stearine and olein with no added moisture. It tightens the dough and improves the handling during bread production

- Better texture and softer crumb
- Better crust colour, cell shape and structure
- Higher melting point than shortening, hence prevent formation of hard crust
- Less moisture loss besides improving quality to give higher yield
Usage
- For breads - Recommended dosage is 4% on flour weight
- For buns - Recommended dosage is 5% to 8% on flour weight

- 12 months, when stored in its original unopened packaging
- Store in clean dry conditions at less than 25°C, away from direct sunlight
